Dương Trần (b.1998) is a passionate designer deeply immersed in the world of type and typography. With a focus on empathizing and crafting typefaces, he views each letter as a vessel for storytelling, capable of evoking emotions and making bold statements. For Dương, typography/type design isn’t just about forming words or sentences; it’s about giving each character its own voice and personality.

During the day, he thrives as part of B&A Design Agency, contributing to a variety of projects that span branding, visual identities, and packaging design. By night, his creative energy turns toward research and experimentation with the shapes and forms of letters.

Dương’s work is a harmonious balance of the expressive and the practical, treating letters and visuals as dynamic entities with unique personalities. His innovative approach has earned him global recognition from Type Directors Club, It’s Nice That, and Behance.

Writing in third person is quite weird right? But as in the process of making this site, I'm having fun!
